pHD CANDIDATE - INDIANA UNIVERSITY
PAUL H. O’NEILL SCHOOL OF PUBLIC AND
ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS
- I am a PhD Candidate at the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public & Environmental
Affairs at Indiana University. With a focus on policy implementation and public
management, my research explores citizen interactions with the government in a
variety of settings, including in my native country of Brazil. I am interested in topics
related to gender, representation, maternal health, and administrative burdens.
My most recent work on domestic violence is at the intersection between public
management, policy analysis, health, and criminal justice.
About me

ground are affected by policies, and 2) how to better design policies
and processes to improve quality of life.
